Really good Experience

helpful staff friendly staff excellent service
The staff provided excellence in service. Sunil from security was very helpful. Abdulla and the reception girls were cute and friendly. Gaurish, Atle, and Crayson from the restaurant were professional. Ganesh and Sabinath at the pool bar are true professionals (always attentive!). Vipin and the pool attendees were also great.
The limited options for activities included in the tariff pushed us to purchase additional activities throughout the resort.
Dining
9/10
The food buffet offered numerous vegetarian options, ensuring a satisfying variety. Initial service delays were addressed by Gaurang, and he then ensured smooth service. The hotel is huge, allowing guests to enjoy cycling throughout the area.
Service
10/10
The staff was very responsive and warm, particularly Narmin at the kids' area. She was kind and caring. Her presence. We were very grateful for such hospitality.
Rooms
9/10
Our villa was like staying in the lap of nature. It was amazing. The hotel provided very clean rooms. The grounds and pool are immaculate, and there's plenty to do. The room was huge and well cleaned daily.
